Ciarán’s birthday is coming up soon and he’s expressed an interest in Warcry, so has asked for the Hunters of Huanchi (Chameleon Skinks) for his birthday. In preparation for their arrival, we’ve been learning the rules. He has taken command of some Chaos Beasts – they’re pretty straightforward, with six Raptoryx and six Furies coming to about 1000pts. We’ve simply flipped cards for scenarios and played through some quick games.
Warcry is such an elegant system and is relatively simple to learn. I’m looking forward to painting my Splintered Fang while Ciarán works on the Skinks.
