I’ve only played one game of M3E, but it’s a game I love. I chatted to my friend Gavin, who was my opponent in that game, while painting. I thought what better to paint than my unfinished Mei Feng crew. The colour scheme emerged quickly and without too much effort the crew came together. I’m really pleased with the results.
Painting these has prompted me to read the M3E books, so I’m working my way through the background. The core book gives a great overview of Malifaux and the significant events in its history. I’m reading the Ten Thunders book now… although I’ll admit I find some of their background a bit mystifying!
