Kommander Strakhov: Complete

I didn’t time it too closely, but I reckon there’s about 3.5 – 4 hours work in this guy. He’s turned out beautifully. Like the Widowmaker Marksman I need to complete the base, but I’ll wait until eButcher is finished before I do it. Owen

Widowmaker Marksman: Complete

Wow! I haven’t painted a Khadoran miniature since November last year, when I finished my Mortar Crew. I primed the Marksman, Strakhov and the Epic Butcher earlier and started painting the Marksman. It took about 1.5hrs to complete. The paint is still drying in the photos below. I’ll complete the base when I paint the [...]

Warpwolf, Wolfen, Warpwolf?

The Confrontation Wolfen miniatures make great proxies for Warpwolves. Battle Report for Warmachine Beginners – Part 1

The elves of Ios are angry, very angry. They believe that the magic wielded by mankind is killing their remaining god, Scyrah. The Retribution of Scyrah, once a small and outlawed rebellious sect, but now a popular movement amongst Iosans, aren’t willing to sit back and watch their gods die. Every nation of man that [...]

Phinneus Shae is a hard man to kill!

I’m trying to get some experience using my Privateers and I thought I’d start out with some small games using Shae. I was playing a 15pt game against Khador on Tuesday and I thought it’d be a good opportunity to try out the following list – Captain Phinneus Shae Freebooter Press Gangers (Leader and 5 [...]

I am now a …

No, not a toy soldier, a Press Ganger! You know, one of those guys that supports Warmachine and Hordes in their local community… … should be fun. Owen
