Forces of Warmachine: Khador Cover Art

I’m really looking forward to this. It’s like getting loads of new toys, but they aren’t new – they’re just seriously revamped. I’m particularly looking forward to running the Butcher with several ‘jacks.

Hello, im getting interested in warmachine what would you recomend to a person to buy considering that it wont get a single opponent?
The cover looks great! I can’t wait to see the Protectorate book.
@Werner – it’s tough to recommend a game if you don’t think you’ll get to play it. A recommendation would really depend on what you’re interested in. If you’re interested in modelling or painting go with the faction that you like the aesthetic of. The battle box for each faction is good value (with a ‘caster and 2-4 ‘jacks). If you’re interested in the rules pick up the MkII rulebook when it’s available in late January and decide what else to pick up from there. If you’re interested in the ‘fluff’and background of Warmachine then the Iron Kingdoms World Guide is a great read (from the RPG line).
@Ryan – I think I’ll end up with all of the books. The ‘fluff’ makes them worth picking up. The rules are a bonus! I’m looking forward to Khador, Cryx and Mercs (who are my MkII project).
